  1. The results in the table are the results measured by the model in Descriptive statistics for regression variables section, all of which are annual averages, which clearly show the efficiency gap between Chinese provinces. RE is cost efficiency, AAE and ATE are allocative and technical efficiency decomposed from cost efficiency; AERAE is the resource mismatch level indicator constructed in this paper. All of the above results are annual averages for each province in China
